Eclectic and Comfortable
We had a lovely time at Livia’s BnB. My husband and I had just come from a cottage weekend with friends and were looking for some quiet time to decompress with each other. Nottawasaga Hideawy delivered! The grounds were gorgeous, with a sweet little pond and a forest to explore. The home was very tasteful and eclectic – the colours in the home and incredible woodwork features really made you feel joyous. We stayed in the Sage Room which was very comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was incredible with brioche french toast, eggs, sausage and fruit salad. We finished the trip with a bike ride in the surrounding country roads. All in all very enjoyable and peaceful – we will be sure to return one day!

Wonderful Stay with Lovely Hosts
My partner and I stayed at the Hideaway over the weekend and ran into quite a bit of car trouble. Due to the freezing temperatures and snowstorms, we needed CAA assistance not once but twice. Both times, our hosts were incredibly helpful and gracious. Our car slid off the road on our way in and Livia drove out to get us, and back again to the car when CAA arrived so we would not have to wait in the cold. Our car wouldn’t start the next day and Trevor and Livia were very kind about us having to impose on them for 5 hours while we waited for assistance. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome and even tried to help us boost our car. The house is beautiful, the food was delicious and the property is stunning – but it was really the kindness of our hosts that warmed our hearts on this cold weekend. 🙂

Excellent stay
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Sage room on our trip to Collingwood. We are not typically B&B people, but I think this experience converted us. As first time visitors to the area we did not have any knowledge about things to do and places to visit. Livia took the time to forward us pamphlets and ideas days before we actually showed up at Collingwood. When we got there we were welcomed by Livia and Trevor and the furriest cat we’ve ever seen, Fushki. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the flexibility we were offered regarding when and where we could take our meal.

Additionally, the couple helped us plan our day and thanks to them we were able to have a really great time on the trip. I will be sure to visit again when I’m in the area but next time I’ll probably stay in their picturesque log cabin. I highly recommend Nottawasaga Hideaway B&B!

Great way to end a day
Booked the cabin at the back of the property and couldn’t have been happier. From the hot tub at the end of a long day bike ride, to the fantastic breakfast in the morning, made by Livia, we were very happy and RELAXED bikers when we left.

And just being off the Train Trail, we didn’t have to deal with biking on any busy roads once which fantastic!
