A great place for cycling teams and enthusiasts (we have covered and lockable space for bikes), couples, girls’ getaways,trade show participants, business executive and professionals, songwriters, yoga retreats. 6 Edgecliffe is a 3 bedroom home where you can relax in executive comforts in a beautiful waterfront setting. A/C and wireless internet Outside, lounge on the spacious 40′ deck or enjoy a short stroll down a gentle slope to the private waterfront. At night, gather at the fire pit under the stars. King beds can be separated into two Twin Extra long beds. Kindly let us know at the time your booking if you need separate beds to accommodate your sleeping arrangements. Guests have full access to the Main Floor Family Room, Kitchen, Main Floor Laundry (Washer & Dryer), Bedrooms, Upper Bedroom, Sun Deck, Lawns, Waterfront and Fire Pit. Interaction with guests The owners will be pleased to welcome you. The only time you may see them is if they stop by to do light maintenance such as grass cutting. Otherwise you have complete privacy. Other things to note: We request a 2 night weekend minimums May -October. Use of the fire pit, BBQ and the waterfront is at renters own risk. A waiver must be signed removing any liability from the owners. In a Health Emergency, the main health centre is a one minute drive towards Picton. (QHC Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital – 403 Main Street East – 1 minute into town on County Road 49 ) The Fire and Police Services are about 5-10 minutes away.

The museum is open during the summer on Wednesdays to Sundays, from 10 am to 5 pm.
The museum’s food service is known for both its quality and affordability. Specializing in refreshments and baked goods made from scratch and served overlooking heritage gardens, our food service is a unique addition to the site. The Tea on the Lawn is served during the summer on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, from 11 am until 4 pm, rain or shine. Because we use the freshest ingredients possible, it’s best to contact the museum at 613-247-4830 for the daily menu. **Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.**

Wexford House c. 1883, a stately two storey brick home, is located in the heart of Prince Edward County where it dominates the heritage streetscape of Picton. Located halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, it’s a wonderful spot for family get-togethers & vacations, meetings & retreats away from the office, or a County adventure. Wexford House is no more than 20 minutes from all popular destinations in ‘The County’ including the Sandbanks Provincial Park.
On either side of the grand central hall entrance are a formal living room and dining room, each with a gas fireplace. The first floor also offers a family room with electric fireplace, a south facing sunroom with electric fireplace, breakfast room for less formal dining, modern kitchen, and laundry room with a two piece bathroom. The sleeping space consists of five spacious bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom features a three piece ensuite bathroom and there are two additional four piece bathrooms on this level too.
For outdoor living space, there is a BBQ patio with dining table located adjacent to the huge back yard. You’ll also enjoy sitting on the comfy wicker furniture on the two covered verandas – a great spot for sipping your morning coffee or catching up with a good book. Downtown Picton is only a short stroll away where you’ll enjoy the many cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, and theatre.
